  • Brenda Boyd Consulting is a certified leadership or personal development coach with experience to help you achieve your goals.
  • We will challenge you and support you toward your personal development area.

4. Create a Development Plan

  • We will help you design a plan that includes:
    • Specific goals
    • Key focus areas
    • Timelines
    • Success metrics

5. Commit to Consistent Practice

  • Leadership is a skill—and we will help you grow it through intentional daily habits.
  • We build in ways for you to practice self-awareness, active listening, and clear communication regularly.

6. Seek Feedback

  • We will provide you regularly feedback to turn baby-steps into huge success.
  • Use feedback as a growth tool, not a critique.

7. Reflect and Adjust

  • We will review progress weekly, and we will give tips for you to reflect and adjust on a regular basis.
  • Your plan will include ways to revisit your goals and update your plan as you grow.
